Data confidentiality

A) General Data
The FOVEA Group reserves the right to exploit any general data voluntarily submitted by third parties within the frame of the French Law "Informatique et Liberté" (law N° 78-17 of 6th January 1978). In compliance with the terms of this Law, you have the right of permanent and immediate access to your own personal data kept by the Fovea Group with a view to modify or even suppress them. Thus, you may request that your personal data be rectified, completed, clarified, updated, or even deleted if the data concerning you are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date or whose collection, processing, treatment, sharing, manipulation or conservation is prohibited under the Law.

B) Medical Data
The confidentiality of the information that you supply is guaranteed by the strict anonymity surrounding the practitioners at the data entry level of procedure. In accordance with the French Law "Informatique et Liberté" (law N° 78-17 of 6th January 1978), practitioners have the permanent right of access to their personal data kept by the Fovea Group with a view to modify them.

Security

The FOVEA Group has obtained a Certificate of Security to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive and/or confidential data (personal data, confidential data, etc.). As such, all personal data, sensitive and/or condifential information received/sent are encrypted under the latest SSL norms to prevent unlawful interception by unauthorised third parties.
